A restaurant with two services
Fill both services without selling the same table twice
Dinner at 8 and at 10, and the second service is always the awkward one. You set how many covers fit in each service, and your booking page stops accepting them the moment one is full while the other stays open.
- Capacity per service, not per day
- Minimum notice, so nothing lands on you at the last minute
- Phone bookings count the same: you take them in the same panel
Dining room, terrace and private room
Each area with its own capacity, on your own floor plan
The terrace fills up before the dining room, and the private room only opens for parties. You create your areas, lay the tables out on the plan and assign every booking to its table. Your team can see at a glance what's free, what's booked and who's already seated.
- Areas with their own capacity: dining room, terrace, bar, private room
- A floor plan with the state of every table
- List, calendar or tables: everyone works in the view they prefer
Large parties, allergies and celebrations
The details you need, before the guest walks in
A party of 14 booking online for 11pm is not good news. You set the largest party you'll take online, and anything bigger has to ring you. And on every booking the guest leaves their allergies and what they're celebrating, so the kitchen and the floor know in good time.
- Maximum party size for online bookings
- Allergies and notes on every booking
- Email confirmation straight away and, on the Expert plan, on WhatsApp from your own number
Several venues
All your restaurants from the same account
Each venue has its own booking page, its own services and its own floor plan, and you run them all with the same login. You pay one licence per venue, on the plan each one needs: the beach kiosk doesn't have to carry the same kit as the restaurant in town.
- One booking page per venue
- A different plan for each venue
- A single login to run them all
What you save
Commission per cover or a flat fee: do the maths
An example of a restaurant taking 500 covers a month from online bookings.
A portal charging €2 per cover
€1,000/month
And you pay for the regulars who were already yours.
Recipetor, Intermediate plan
€49/month + VAT
The same price at 500 covers or at 5,000. And your guest data is yours.
Rough figures: the real commission depends on each portal and on your contract. Plans from €29/month + VAT, details in the pricing page.
